How long does a villa fit-out take?
It depends on the area and scope, but most residential villas take 3 to 6 months. Before we start you receive a detailed schedule tied to payment milestones, and we report progress to you every week.

Do you offer design and build under one contract?
Yes. Our turnkey service covers interior design and shop drawings, then construction, finishing and supervision through to handover — one contract and one accountable team for quality and timing.

How is the project cost calculated?
We price the project after a site visit and a review of your drawings, based on the area, scope of work and the finish level you choose. You receive an itemised quotation with quantities and no hidden costs.

Can I see the design before work starts?
Absolutely. We prepare realistic 3D visuals of every space together with a materials and colour board, and we only start on site once you have approved the final design.

Do you work outside Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver projects across Saudi Arabia — including Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar — and in the wider Gulf, with a site supervision team based on the project for its full duration.
06.
What warranty do you provide after handover?
We give a written warranty on our workmanship covering finishes, electrical, plumbing and joinery, on top of the manufacturers’ warranties on materials and fixtures, backed by an after-handover service.

Who supplies the materials?
We supply all materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices and accompany you to the showrooms to choose them. You can also supply certain items yourself and we will reflect that in the quotation.

Can you work while we are living in the house?
Yes, for most renovation work. We phase the job, isolate work zones, keep to agreed working hours and clean the site daily to keep disruption to a minimum.

Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We coordinate with the relevant authorities and obtain the permits the works require, and we design and build in line with the Saudi Building Code.
10.
How can I follow the progress of my project?
A dedicated project manager is your single point of contact. You receive weekly reports with photos and progress percentages, plus joint site walk-throughs at every milestone.
11.
What are the payment terms?
Payments are staged against actual progress on site and set out clearly in the contract. We accept bank transfer and electronic payment methods.
12.
Do you take on commercial and office projects?
Yes. We design and fit out offices, showrooms, restaurants and retail units, with flexible schedules — including evening shifts — to minimise disruption to your business.
13.
How do I start my project with Rivento?
