Who supplies the materials?
We supply all materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices and accompany you to the showrooms to choose them. You can also supply certain items yourself and we will reflect that in the quotation.

Can you work while we are living in the house?
Yes, for most renovation work. We phase the job, isolate work zones, keep to agreed working hours and clean the site daily to keep disruption to a minimum.

Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We coordinate with the relevant authorities and obtain the permits the works require, and we design and build in line with the Saudi Building Code.

How can I follow the progress of my project?
A dedicated project manager is your single point of contact. You receive weekly reports with photos and progress percentages, plus joint site walk-throughs at every milestone.

What are the payment terms?
Payments are staged against actual progress on site and set out clearly in the contract. We accept bank transfer and electronic payment methods.

Do you take on commercial and office projects?
Yes. We design and fit out offices, showrooms, restaurants and retail units, with flexible schedules — including evening shifts — to minimise disruption to your business.
